01The problem
Moving enquiries are urgent. Someone with a date already set wants a number, and they are usually getting quotes from three companies in the same sitting.
Residential and commercial moves are different jobs with different pricing and different questions. A site that makes a visitor read general copy before it works out which one they are loses them to whichever company asked first.
02What was built
The question asked first
A selector on the hero splits residential from commercial before any scrolling happens. The visitor states what they need, and everything after that is relevant to them.
The phone number everywhere it matters
The number sits in the header and in the hero. For an urgent service bought under time pressure, a phone call converts better than a form, so the call is never more than a glance away.
Proof shown rather than claimed
The Google rating and review count are displayed as the verified figures they are, rather than paraphrased into a marketing claim that a careful buyer will discount.
Service areas spelled out
The Atlanta suburbs served are listed by name, so someone in Alpharetta or Brookhaven can confirm they are covered without calling to ask.
On a phone
Most visitors arrive on a phone, so the layout was built for that width first and widened out, rather than the other way round.
03The outcome
The website gives customers a way to describe their move and request a follow-up, including from a phone. The team receives the moving details through the enquiry form and can use them to prepare for the quote conversation. This creates a clear online contact route for customers who cannot call at the time they are planning.
What the client gained
Customers can tell us about their move through the website, even when they cannot call. We have the details in front of us when we follow up, which helps us get to the useful part of the conversation sooner.
