01The problem
Activewear is a crowded category sold largely through social media. A shopper arrives from a post, has no loyalty and no patience, and leaves if the first screen does not show them something they want.
A full catalogue dumped on a cold visitor is the wrong answer. So is a homepage that explains the brand before it shows a single product.
02What was built
A catalogue split four ways
Best Sellers, Women’s, Unisex and Accessories, so a product page is one click from any entry point. Best Sellers sits first, because a cold shopper wants to be told what is good rather than asked to browse.
Brand message that does not block the sale
The brand line runs in a fixed announcement bar above the navigation. It is present on every page without taking the space a product should occupy.
The shop always in reach
Search, account and cart on every page, with checkout, free shipping messaging and newsletter signup, so a shopper who decides at any point can act on it immediately.
03The outcome
The store gave shoppers a direct way to browse the activewear range and place orders online, with product categories, search, cart and checkout in one place. This let the business present its collection and take online orders through a dedicated storefront. The store is no longer trading, so no current sales result is implied.
What the client gained
The store gave us one place to show the collection and take online orders. People coming from social media could browse, find a product and check out without needing us to handle each order directly.
